Cancellation and refund policy

Each business selects a cancellation policy from the platform templates. The full policy is shown before payment and a copy is stored with your booking.

Cancelling inside the free window means a full refund. A late cancellation or a no-show may incur a fee under the policy saved with your booking.

If the business cancels, you are always refunded in full.
